Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC and HPLC columns are manufactured with 100 Å Ultra-Inert Base Deactivated Silica specifically designed for your HPLC method development needs - Note SuperC18 is 95 Å Avantor ACE HPLC columns are available in a wide range of bonded phases (i.e. C18, C18-AR, C18-PFP, C18-Amide, CN-ES, SuperC18, NH2, C8, C4, Phenyl, AQ, CN and Sil). Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC and HPLC columns are avaialble in 1.7, 2, 3, and 5 µm particle sizes in all analytical column sizes. All Avantor ACE Excel columns are known for their excellent peak shape and batch to batch reproducibility. Columns are packed in 1000 bar UHPLC hardware. Note: Avantor ACE Excel UHPLC guard columns are available for all 1.7 and 2 µm particle sizes across all 2.1 mm - 4.6 mm column ID - Note: H0011 connects directly to the analytical column - Guard column cartridges are available in 3-packs. For 3 and 5 µm Excel columns use same guard systems used for Avantor ACE HPLC analytical columns.

This unique design connects directly to any UHPLC column with the auto-adjusting Titanium Hybrid Ferrule and EXP™ Fittings, providing repeated zero-dead-volume connections and easy adjustability between various column types. Free-Turn™ architecture allows the user to change cartridges by hand without breaking fluid connections on the holder inlet/ outlet. The combination of low-dispersion and ultra high-pressure capabilities provides effective protection with negligible effects on retention time, plate count, and peak shape. Use with EXP™ Direct Connect and In-line Holders.

Specialized features, patented technology, precision engineering and state-of-the-art manufacturing make the new EXP2 Stem Trap an unbeatable choice for ultra high-pressure trapping applications. Its slim architecture allows it to easily fit into crowded instrument compartments or to connect directly to tightly-spaced injection ports. When tightened by hand, the EXP2 Stem Trap seals to 8,700+ psi. Additionally, the product can be wrench tightened to 20,000+ psi (1,400+ bar). The unique packed floating stem installs directly into any 10-32 port and automatically adjusts to provide a perfect ZDV connection. The new EXP2 design incorporates an integral ferrule into the front-end of the holder so there is no separate ferrule to lose! The replacement stems are also low volume/ low-dispersion, intended for many repeat uses and is available with various bed volume and custom packing options. Evosphere UHPLC and HPLC columns are 100 A Monodispersed Fully Porous Silica-based columns designed to combine the benefits of Fully Porous and Core-Shell particle technology into an improved particle design and morphology that brings cutting-edge loading capacity to ultra-high-resolution particle columns. The Monodispersed Particles provide similar efficiency to Core-Shell products when comparing them directly via particle size matching and significantly increase loadability which allows ultra-high resolution analytical separations to scale to preparative separations for isolation work if needed. The bonded phase chemistries are exciting as well to maximize selectivity with novel C12 bonded phase, 2 multi-modal C18/AR, and C18/PFP bonded phases, an extended and stabilized phenyl funtionality in the Diphenyl bonded phase, a polar endcapped AQUA phase, a Phenyl-Hexyl phase, a propyl PFP phase and the RP18-Amide bonded phases which is great for doing bases at low pH.
